Slugs climbing walls not an uncommon problem

September 10th, 2013 · No Comments

we have a number of requests for advice each year about slugs climbing walls. We have found one of the best methods is to place a copper band 50 mm up from the bottom of the wall to form a barrier this is effective at stopping all but the largest slug and the largest slugs do not seem to climb. The copper tape is available at most garden centres and DIY stalls
