The post involves creating gardening information to our web site viewers and members on a wide range of gardening subjects but with a high percentage of the work being in the development of garden designs and planting schemes for private gardens.

The position requires a practical knowledge of gardening as well as extensive plant knowledge together with some formal horticultural training.
80% of the work is home based working on the internet and the remaining 20% is practical gardening.
Basic salary for this position is £20,000 increasing to £25,000 per annum with production payments up to a further £15,000 per annum.

The post involves helping our marketing partners gaining maximum exposure from our media products though telephone and e-mail contact, provision of Management Information and relationship building.

Basic salary for this position is £25,000 increasing to £30,000 per annum with commission payments up to a further £20,000 per annum.

As an expert or complete novice you could help the team at GardenAdvice by being our "Eyes and Ears" in your local area.
Gardenadvice.co.uk local gardeners form a network of people promoting our services on a local level, nationally in the Uk and in a number of countries around the world.

Working between 5 to 20 hours per week you will be responsible for organising local GardenAdvice.co.uk activities in your area which will include the following :-
Gardening lectures for local interested groups
Leafleting and local marketing campaigns
Reporting on local gardening events
Helping to organise local GardenAdvice.co.uk events

Working from home you will be able to organise your own hours and schedules.
Pay is based on a basic hourly rate of £7 per hour, plus a performance related payment each month.
